All Non Stop Fitness locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do all locations have a women's training zone?
Yes. Every Non Stop Fitness location includes a dedicated women’s training zone.

Do I need previous gym experience to get started?
No.
Non Stop Fitness welcomes both beginners and experienced members. Our trainers will help you get started.

How can I become a member?
What's the difference between Standard, Student, and Day membership?
The Standard Membership gives you unlimited access to every Non Stop Fitness location.
The Student Membership includes the same benefits at a discounted price for high school and university students up to 26 years of age.
The Day Membership is designed for anyone who prefers to train on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Who is eligible for the Student membership?
The Student Membership is available to high school and university students up to 26 years of age with valid proof of student status.
What do I need to qualify for the Student membership?
When joining, you’ll need to provide valid proof that you’re a high school or university student (such as a student ID card or another valid document).
What is a day pass?
The Day pass gives you access to all Non Stop Fitness locations for 24 hours from the moment it is activated.
What is the Loyalty program?
The Loyalty program is a membership with automatic monthly renewal that rewards long-term members with additional benefits and increasing discounts.
How does the Loyalty program work?
Your membership renews automatically each month using your saved payment card. The longer you stay a member, the bigger your membership discount becomes.
How much can I save?
Loyalty members receive a discount from day one, which gradually increases to a maximum of 40%.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Loyalty members can freeze their membership according to the program’s terms and conditions.
How do I cancel the Loyalty program?
You can cancel your Loyalty membership at any time. If you join again later, your discount starts from the beginning.
